Capriccioso Games Studio is looking for an Entry-Level Social Media Manager to join our tightly-knit team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and scheduling content across different social media platforms, community management, customer support, monitoring and researching the audience to inform strategy, business development, and using AI tools wherever possible. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape the social media presence of a growing startup game development studio.

Responsibilities:

  • Spend a little bit of time most days interacting with followers and responding to questions across our social media accounts.
  • Capture, edit and produce assets for social media.
  • Create regular content for, and look after our communities on Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, Patreon, Facebook, Steam, Imgur and our newsletter. 
  • Maintain a social media calendar to track which posts go out when and on what channels, and how they’ve performed.
  • Experiment and be playful with social media trends, particularly on TikTok.
  • Stream/record Twitch/Youtube updates occasionally and assist with or join dev streams and interviews.
  • Utilizing AI tools wherever possible to optimize social media efforts

Qualifications: 

  • Great writing skills in English
  • Experience with most social media platforms
  • Ability to adjust tone to fit our brands
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and techniques.
  • Good self-management practices as a pro-active remote worker.
  • And very importantly: you love games and are passionate about the game development industry!

Terms: 

  • This is a full-time, freelance contract position minimum 6 months. 
  • Salary is PHP20,000 and, 
  • 1% of monthly company income (we’re a startup)
  • + 1 month pay if contract is discontinued or if you resign so you have some time to look for other jobs without worry (minimum 5 months working with us)
